Ben was born and raised on Nantucket island, and is a proud alumni of both the Nantucket New School and Nantucket High school.

As a youth soccer player, ben dedicated himself to training hard, making the massachusetts olympic development region 1 team.

BEn graduated from Skidmore College in 2019, where he studied Political Science, and played as a center midfielder on the Men’s Soccer team. 

Ben currently works as a Project Manager at ACK Smart Energy, a solar energy firm on Nantucket, and is actively involved in the SSF. He brings his passion and skill-set to grant writing, coaching, mentoring, and multiple SSF programs + activations.

In his free time, Ben enjoys running (finishing his marathon in 2022), skiing, playing paddle tennis and enjoying the beach.
