Enric was born in Barcelona and took his first steps in the Spanish Pyrenees. he started loving sports as a child, in particular ski and football, and also competed in tennis and handball.

In 2005, Enric obtained his first JD in Spain. after several years of law practice across multiple sectors, he decided to focus his career in sports law.

In 2012, enric engaged in an International Sports Law Master program and began working in a renowned specialized boutique law firm. he worked on a variety of cases that included providing legal advice to Clubs, Agents, and Federations on contractual matters about employment or image rights; procedures related to topics on match-fixing, ethics, governance, financial fair play, and doping; and representing his clients before the jurisdictional bodies that included TAS, BAT, National and International Federations, and ordinary courts.

In 2018, colleagues and clients across the world recognized Enric in the British publication “Who’s Who Legal” as one of the world’s leading lawyers in the Sports and Entertainment Law industry. and more recently, in 2021, enric was recognized us as one of the Industry Thought Leaders.

In 2020, enric and his family moved to the USa. and in 2021, he began his solo practice as a sports consultant while engaged in a joint degree JD + LLM in International Arbitration at the University of Miami School of Law.

enric has been appointed as arbitrator for the Independent Hearing Panel of the Badminton World Federation and is Chair of the Integrity Board of the International Table Tennis Federation.

he also serves as a Professor and Lecturer in different programs and seminars specialized on sports law.
